The casino is found in the Calico Desert. It is located through the door in the back of Sandy's shop. You can not enter the casino until you have completed the quests for Mr. Qi.
You can purchase the Statue of Endless Fortune here for 1,000,000 gold.
In the casino you can earn QI coins (rate 1,000 G = 100 QI) With your QI coins you can play games and earn more coins.
