Crafting

Crafting is a feature in Stardew Valley, which involves creating tools, structures, and other items out of materials found in the game. Players can obtain new items to craft via blueprints, events, interactions, or by leveling up skills.

Crafting Menu[]

The Crafting menu can be accessed from the main menu by going to the tab with a hammer icon on it.

The menu is divided up in two parts. The top is all the recipes that are unlocked, the bottom is the player's inventory. Each recipe provides a description of the item and the ingredients needed to craft it. If an ingredient is listed in red, that ingredient is not present in the player's current inventory. Items grayed out mean that the player does not have the necessary ingredients to craft that item.
