The Dwarf Scroll IV is an Artifact that can be found as a drop from any monster (other than the Wilderness Golem, Serpent, Skeleton, Carbon Ghost, Iridium Bat, Iridium Crab, and Haunted Skull).
If the player donates all four dwarf scrolls, the player is rewarded with the Dwarvish Translation Guide which lets the player read dwarvish.
