The Hat Shop is a building in Stardew Valley. It is accessible after receiving a cryptic letter from the 'owner' who sells hats depending on the achievements the player has earned.
The hats are sold by a "mous" who speaks in broken English and does not seem to have connections with other characters.
The Hat Shop position is the abandoned building south east of the mage tower.
