Pam is a non-marriage Villager who lives at the Trailer with her daughter Penny, located in Pelican Town east of Mayor's Manor in Stardew Valley.
Pam's primary character trait is being an alcoholic, doing things such as asking the player for a 'Pale Ale', spiking the punch at the spring festival, and even waking up with hangovers most mornings after spending time at the local Saloon. Despite occasionally speaking of being single forlornly, she is not a viable candidate for marriage.
It's discovered that she used to drive the bus and really enjoyed it, and became upset when it stopped operating. If the player completes the vault Bundles inside the Community Center, the bus at the Bus Stop will be repaired by Junimos the next morning. Pam will then resume her bus driving duties, unlocking access to the Calico Desert for the player and other villagers.
