Pufferfish can only be found in the ocean from 12:00pm - 4:00pm during Summer. It will also take away 180 energy when consumed. It is better to either give it to Abigail as she loves it, sell it, or put it into The Specialty Fish bundle.
Pufferfish are also sometimes sold at the Traveling Cart in Cindersap Forest.
