The Scorpion Carp is a fish that can be caught only on non-rainy days at the pond in Calico Desert, during any season. It also has a small chance to appear in a Trash Can after the player visits the Calico Desert. It could also be bought from the Traveling Merchant for 450-1,000g. The only other fish that can be caught in the desert is the Sandfish.
The Scorpion Carp can be caught during any time of day using Magic Bait.
