The Shrine of Challenge can be found on floor 120 of The Mines and can be used after the player has unlocked Qi's Walnut Room and completed Danger in the Deep. After activating the shrine, the next day monsters in the Mines will spawn as their "dangerous" variants, and Radioactive Nodes can be found and mined for Radioactive Ore.
