Could someone put up what the rewards are for each level of each skill? I've been looking at the wiki, but can't find any information on what crafting recipes (or other rewards) I get for leveling up skills.  The only guide I found on Steam was just for L5/10 perks or just for fishing skill rewards in a fishing guide.
